If you receive multiple text notifications about appointment changes from Chase Therapeutic Massage and Wellness, please don’t be alarmed! We’re working ahead to get our schedule aligned with school schedules, school events, and other commitments beginning in January 2027.

You may receive a few updates as we get everything settled. If an adjustment doesn’t work for you, please reach out so we can find a time that does!

To my wonderful clients 🤍

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding as I’ve taken time to heal and recover from surgery. This was a much-needed season of rest for my body, and I’m so grateful you’ve allowed me that space.

As I begin this new season and step back into client care, I ask for continued grace. Recovering from major surgery means easing back into the work I love. I’ll begin with just a few appointments each day and gradually work toward my usual schedule of eight clients a day, as my recovery allows.

For now, my books will remain closed to booking so I can manage my return safely. Over the next week or so, I’ll begin reaching out to my regular clients to get you back on the schedule. My goal is to return to regular operating hours by mid-November, depending on how my body responds.

Keep an eye out for holiday packages launching in the next few weeks, along with updates to my services! I’m excited for this new season at Chase Therapeutic Massage + Wellness and look forward to welcoming you back.

Join us for the 20th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Kick-Off Event🩷 Happening on Thursday, Oct. 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts Center, 4012 National Parks Hwy.

🌿 A Season of Rest & Preparation 🌿

Chase Therapeutic Massage + Wellness is currently on sabbatical—but there is still so much happening behind the scenes.

Jesus said, “Come with Me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” — Mark 6:31

Biblical rest is not inactivity. It is an intentional pause to abide in God’s presence, restore what has been poured out, and prepare for what He is bringing next.

During this sabbatical, I am:

🙏 Resting in the Lord.
✝️Refocusing and strengthening ministry.
🛜Networking with fellow Licensed Massage Therapists.
👐🏼Completing intensive training with some of the industry’s most elite bodyworkers.
🆕Restructuring my therapeutic sessions.
📖Mastering new modalities and advanced techniques.
📈Preparing an elevated, more intentional experience for every patient.

This is more than time away—it is a season of renewal, refinement, and preparation.

I am allowing God to restore my body, sharpen my vision, and establish the work of my hands for the season ahead.

Sometimes God calls us to step back—not because the work is finished, but because He is preparing us to return with greater clarity, strength, and purpose.

Something new is being built behind the scenes, and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Day One of of my morning Training! 📚✨

I already have an entirely new outlook on nerve entrapment!

The amazing thing is that I’ve already been using many of the techniques taught this morning—but today, the Holy Spirit gave me a deeper revelation and understanding of the body.

There were things I had instinctively been doing but didn’t yet have the proper language to explain. Putting the correct terminology in place is so important, and it was incredibly encouraging to have my instructor compliment my technique.

Last night, I charted my clients according to the classes I’m taking this week. I carefully reviewed their chief complaints, the progress we’ve made, and the areas where we can continue improving.

By Sunday, I’ll be returning home with fresh knowledge, a deeper understanding, and updated treatment plans designed specifically for my patients.

This is only Day One, and I’m already so excited to see what the rest of this week brings! 🙌🏼
