✨ Please join us in welcoming Christian to Odyssey Art Collective as our newest part-time resident piercer!

Christian will be piercing with us on Thursdays and Fridays, bringing his experience, creativity, and personable approach to our piercing team.

He began his piercing career on July 4th, 2020, at Hillsborough Street Tattoo, where he continues to work three days a week. Some of his favorite piercings to perform include navels, rooks, snonches, and stacked lobes.

Outside the studio, Christian enjoys making jewelry, solving puzzles, and tackling any hands on project that keeps his creativity flowing. He loves getting to know his clients and making every appointment feel comfortable, welcoming, and personal. Whether you want to chat about anything and everything or simply enjoy a relaxed piercing experience, Christian is happy to meet you where you are! 🖤

✨The science behind colorful body jewelry! ✨

Anodizing uses an electrical current to change the thickness of titanium’s natural oxide layer, creating beautiful shades of gold, blue, purple, pink, and green, no paint or pigment needed! ⚡️

The color may shift with wear over time, but the biocompatible titanium underneath stays the same.

Fun Fact: It is possible to re-anodize a piece of titanium jewelry after long term wear 🙌

We’re excited to welcome Vivyana Moore to Odyssey Art Collective for two guest spots this fall! 🖤

Traveling to us from Charleston, South Carolina, Vivyana has over four years of professional piercing experience and is a proud member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP). In 2025, she received the APP’s Legacy Scholarship and has continued returning as a volunteer, driven by her passion for piercing education and community.

Her favorite piercings include stacked lobes, conches, and anything that helps clients feel more empowered and at home in their bodies. When she’s not piercing, you can find her doing CrossFit, thrifting, or watching movies! 🎥
