Okay, not trying to rock a boat but rather educate. We are seeing an increase in couples where one of the partners has narcissistic traits or narcissism. What have you found works best for reducing strain in these relationships? I always tell the interns that using a back door approach rather than busting down the front door works better.

We have started a new month and it has been full of fears. So far we are hearing a lot of “what ifs” so I wanted to remind everyone that “what ifs” are powerful only if you forget how capable you are of tackling bad situations or problems. Situations or problems that might not even occur. Focus on living your best life rather than wasting valuable time on worrying about things that might not ever happen. Sending you all strength and courage to face your fears.💕
