Gratitude & Grounding Sound Journey
11/21 3pm
As the season invites us to slow down and turn inward, join us for a soothing sound journey experience centered on gratitude, grounding, and presence. Through the gentle vibrations of singing bowls, and other therapeutic instruments, we’ll create space to quiet the mind, soften the body, and reconnect with the abundance already present in our lives.
Allow yourself to pause, reflect on what you’re grateful for, and cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation for both the beauty and the lessons life brings. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and nourished from within.
