Update: Only one spot left, grab it while you can!
Halloween is on its way, so before the candy and chaos take over, come unwind with an hour of deep relaxation. Sound baths use resonant tones and vibration to help your nervous system downshift. Think guided meditation, but instead of a voice, sound does the work. The only thing required of you is to lie back, breathe, and let the frequencies do their thing!
Sunday, October 25th- 7:00 PM
Limited space. Reserve your spot.
