We asked what you would choose if you could have a "rehab superpower". Perfect balance was the item most chosen, with strength 💪 not too far behind. We also had a few write-ins about instant pain relief.

These are all great answers, AND they are also things we help our patients with every day. Let us know what you would pick as your superpower, or vote in our poll directly 👉️ https://nuvi.me/axvwtx

Try these 3️⃣ simple stretches a few times a day, to alleviate carpal tunnel pain. 👉️ https://nuvi.me/ltcg0l. If you still have pain and need more help, come to the clinic and get it checked out. Carpal tunnel is an overuse injury, which means without change, it will likely get worse 😬.
