What you have that AI doesn’t is a body (and a soul).

Your body is constantly giving you information.

When you learn to tune in and listen to its signals—and move through the static of reactivity—it can lead you to your deepest truth.

Try it right now. What is your body saying?

Give yourself time. Learning to translate your body’s signals into words is a practice.

Freaking out about politics? Try these steps with me.

The world can pull us into fear, frustration, and reactivity. But what if we chose a different story? Humanity is evolving.

We are finding a way to bring us together. Maybe we’ve needed some challenges because they open us. They invite us to ask:

What do I want to learn?
How can I be different with this?

I commit to Team Human. I’m on your team. You’re on mine. We all have different roles to play, but we get to play together.

These 10 steps are a path to conscious, sustainable activism, where you don’t have to burn out to be an activist. Instead, you can feel the generativeness of the energy you’re creating because you’ve chosen to.

You’ve chosen to step into life and create your own unfolding destiny—one creative action at a time.

If you’d like a copy of the 10 Steps to Conscious, Sustainable Activism guide, you can download it (or order copies to share with your community) through the link in my bio.

One of my all-time favorite books is Animal Wisdom by Linda Bender.

She writes that animals move through the world with this orientation:
Trust yourself.
Trust the world.
Trust Source.

I loved that idea so much that I made it part of my manifesto—the words I repeat to myself to reinforce who I want to be, rather than the old programming I picked up from my family and culture.

What if we could move through the world that way?

Trusting ourselves.
Trusting the world.
Trusting that we are supported.

What would your life be like if you trusted all three?

🏄🏄🏄 Riding the wave: The energy of our emotions can feel scary and out of control. Our instinct is often to ignore them... or bury them through distraction, busyness, or addiction.

But what if we learned to surf them instead?

When we stop resisting our emotions and allow them to move through us, we return to the energy, aliveness, and flow that has been there all along.

Everyone’s talking about power right now. Almost no one is talking about what it actually is.
Real power isn’t aggression. It’s connection to your own truth, plus the truth of something bigger than all of us.
I’m hosting a live online gathering on Oct 25, Finding Your Real Power, to explore what that looks like in practice, especially in a season that’s pulling us toward reactivity.
Free, open to everyone, replay included. Save your spot!

Personas are the protective masks we wear to shield ourselves from overwhelming feelings.

They all come from Reactive Brain, often forming in childhood as our best attempt to respond to situations we didn’t yet know how to process.

Those parts of us aren’t bad. They’re trying to help.

When we begin to relate to our personas with curiosity, love, and compassion, something shifts. We can finally connect with these protective parts instead of being controlled by them.

Then, rather than our personas driving the bus, our essential selves get to take the wheel.
