The story of Sedna, Goddess of the Ocean, is one of betrayal, surrender, and transformation. Betrayed and cast into the depths, she became the keeper of the deep.

As an Acutonics Sound Therapist, I use specially calibrated tuning forks on acupuncture points, along meridians, and around the body to support relaxation, grounding, nervous system calming, body awareness, and reconnection with yourself.

The body is an incredible network of movement, tension, breath, circulation, fascia and nervous-system activity. I love the idea of sacred geometry as a visual reminder that everything in the body is connected and constantly adapting.
