Low back pain? 🚶🏼‍➡️🩹Send this to a friend who’s always holding their lumbar spine…
How can sauna help low back pain?
1: Relieves muscle tension that can help stop that clenching and spasming in your low spine.
2. Warm muscles to help you stretch those sore tight spots even better.
3. Keeps your cardiovascular health in good shape while you can’t exercise due to the pain.
4. Encourages oxygenated blood flow through your body, helping your lower back heal faster.
5. Improves sleep, allowing you to truly rest and recover.
I recommend 3 to 5 days taking a sauna with 215 minute sessions back to back in the evening so you are relaxed and ready for a good night sleep.
I’d hold off on a cold plunge as that can make you tighten up and not allow you to relax as much as you’d like.
If you have a friend or a spouse who is always pressing their hand to their low back, make sure they see this and have them try out a weeks worth of sauna sessions to get some relief and help them along their healing journey.
