This year, we want to make a difference by adopting TWO households for the holiday season! 🎁 One may be a family with children, and the other may be a senior in need of a little extra holiday love. Because giving back has no age limit! ❤️

One of our wonderful caregivers brought her son to visit our client living with dementia, creating a sweet moment of companionship, smiles, and connection. 🥰
Children have a special way of bringing light into a room. Their laughter, gentle presence, and natural warmth can encourage social interaction, spark joy, and remind us that even when memories fade, the ability to experience love and happiness can remain. 💗

💙 A BIG THANK YOU TO KOSCIUSKO COMMUNITY SENIOR SERVICES! 💙

Lifting Hearts Home Care was honored to be invited back today to spend time with the wonderful seniors at Kosciusko Community Senior Services, alongside Stillwater Hospice, as we provided lunch and they enjoyed a fun game of Bingo together!

The turnout was AMAZING!

We are truly grateful for opportunities to connect with our senior community beyond the walls of our agency. These moments remind us that care is about more than services—it’s about connection, compassion, and community.

Fall is the perfect time to make sure your loved one is prepared for the colder months ahead. A little planning now can help prevent stressful situations later.

Get annual wellness visits and seasonal vaccinations on the calendar.

Clear out expired medications and make sure essential household and first-aid supplies are stocked.

Check heating, lighting, rugs, walkways, and other areas that could become safety concerns during the winter.

We had such a wonderful time today at the New Haven Community Center playing Patriotic Bingo! ❤️ There were plenty of smiles, good conversation, and a little excitement every time a number was called.
