Where attention goes, energy flows. It’s a simple as that. I know simple doesn’t mean easy, but if you can learn to shift your attention to include good things, you’ll experience more good things. .

We do so much unconsciously these days. A lot of our thinking is done for us by technology and artificial intelligence as it guides us to do this or that. What decision decisions are truly your own? Do you slow down enough to consider what you really want and if your choices are aligning with that? In some ways, life goes fast. But we can slow it down when we take a pause. Even 60 seconds, to just take a few deep, slow breaths and feel our feet on the floor. That can be enough time to calm our nervous system and give us a little bit of clarity so that we can reconnect with our values and what’s most important to us. So we can make our decisions from that place, where we won’t have regrets. .
