Welcome to Renew with June Wellness

I’m June Stoddard-Finemore—a licensed massage therapist in New York and Florida and wellness educator with nearly 20 years of experience.

I have a special passion for working with older adults through personalized bodywork and engaging workshops that make everyday wellness approachable and enjoyable.

My approach blends Eastern and Western wellness traditions with modern tools, including red light therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle relaxation techniques. I stay curious about emerging wellness practices, tailoring each experience to individual beliefs, abilities, and comfort.

Collaboration is an important part of my work. I work with sound healing practitioners, doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, and mental health professionals to bring complementary perspectives and experiences to wellness.

I believe wellness is a lifestyle—built through small, meaningful practices that support comfort, connection, and joy in everyday life.

Over 400 pounds of pure Himalayan salt, thousands of miles of history, and one incredible journey to its new home. 🧡

We did it!

But this was never just about moving a magnificent piece of Mother Earth.

It was about connection. Purpose. Energy. And the beautiful way life brings extraordinary people together.

I had the privilege of passing this incredible light into the hands of a remarkable woman—a dedicated medical professional who spends her life helping and healing others.

What began as a simple exchange became something so much more meaningful. A genuine connection between two women who understand the importance of bringing light into the lives of others.

This magnificent stone has a new home, a new purpose, and a new chapter.

And although it no longer belongs to me, there will always be an invisible thread connecting us through the light it carries.

The torch has been passed. The light continues. ✨

Because sometimes, the people who spend their lives healing others need a little healing themselves.

Healers need healing too. 🧡

A reminder from Renew with June Wellness:

Massage is professional healthcare and wellness work. I maintain a safe, respectful environment for every client, and I expect that same respect in return.

Inappropriate comments, requests, gestures or behavior will result in the session ending immediately, and the client will not be permitted to rebook.

After 20 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, my boundaries are very clear.

Respect the practitioner. Respect the profession. Respect the space.
