Seven days, already sorted.

Morning, noon, night, bedtime. If the kitchen counter looks like a pharmacy shelf, we can put the whole week on one card.

Press the bubble. Take what is in it. Move on. No pill box to fill on Sunday, and no wondering at 9pm whether you already took it.

Ask us about it at any of our three stores.

Not everything in here needs a prescription.

Most people walk straight to the counter and straight back out. Three aisles they never see:

Immunizations. Flu, COVID-19, RSV, shingles, pneumonia, Tdap. That sign lives in our lobby because people keep being surprised they do not have to book anything first.

Home healthcare. Walkers, rollators, knee scooters, canes, out on the floor instead of in a catalog. Push one around before you decide.

Life aids. Cast protectors, life aid kits, shower and bed helpers. The things you need for six weeks and have no idea where to buy.

Come in, touch the thing, ask the question, leave without buying it. That is allowed here. And when you do need it, you already know where it is.

Fourth Street, South, and Northwest.

The clocks fall back this Sunday.

This one quietly trips people up every single year. If you take something at a set time, Sunday morning the clock on the wall and the clock in your head are an hour apart.

For most folks that is nothing. For some, it matters, and the honest answer depends on what you take and why. So do not guess at it. Ask whoever is standing behind the counter at Fourth Street, South, or Northwest. It is a two minute conversation, and it is a whole lot easier before Sunday than after.

Here is the dad trick. When you walk around the house changing the microwave and the car, change your pill reminders on the same lap. One trip, everything lines up.

Your plan can change. Your pharmacy does not have to.

This is the stretch of the year when the mail starts piling up. What a plan covers, and what you pay at the register, can look different on January first even when you do nothing at all.

Four things worth asking before then:

Bring the new card in as soon as it lands in your mailbox, and bring your medication list with it.

If something you take is not covered next year, tell us early. There is usually more than one road, and all of them take time we would rather have now.

We do not sell plans, so we have nothing to talk you into. We will run it and tell you what comes back.

The week nobody plans for.

A fall. A surgery. A cast. Suddenly you need a walker, a shower chair or a cast cover, and you have never shopped for any of it in your life.

You do not have to order it blind and wait on a box. Walkers, rollators, cast protectors, sock aids, gait belts and more sit out on our floor where you can see them.

Come look. Push one around. Tell us what the doctor said and we will help you pick the one that actually fits.

Fourth Street, South, and Northwest.

Locally owned is not a slogan here.

Three USave stores across Grand Island. Three owners who live in this town. Nobody has to call a corporate office to get you an answer, because the person who can give you one is already in the building.

That is the whole difference. Same town, same people, same answer.

The weeks when nobody gets home before dark.

Central Nebraska is in the field right now, and the pharmacy is the last thing anybody wants to think about.

So here is how to keep it off your list. Tell us what you are due for and we will have it ready. Use the drive-thru lanes and stay in the seat. Or let us bring it to you, free, in town, Monday through Saturday.

Fourth Street, South, and Northwest. Tell us what the next few weeks look like and we will fit the pharmacy into them.

The sticker on your bag is worth twenty seconds.

That label has the drug name, the strength, and how often to take it. Most of us tear the bag open and never read it.

Every so often, what is printed there and what your doctor said in the room are two different things. A dose got changed. An old prescription never got stopped.

If that happens, do not guess and do not just take it. Bring it back to the counter or give us a call. We will get your doctor's office on the phone and straighten it out before you take the first dose.

Fourth Street, South, and Northwest. That part is not extra. That is the job.

Five pharmacy words nobody stops to explain.

MTM. Generic. Ninety-day fill. Refill or renewal. Bubble packing. You will hear all five at our counter, and most of the time nobody slows down to say what they actually mean.

So here they are, in plain English. Swipe through.

And if you hear a word you do not know, ask. Nobody behind our counter will make you feel behind for asking.

Fourth Street, South, and Northwest.
