• Drivers, slow down and watch carefully for children.
• Use sidewalks and cross at corners or crosswalks.
• Wear bright or reflective clothing, and carry a flashlight.
• Make sure children are with a trusted adult.
• Check treats before enjoying them.

Extrication training night with Granger Fire and EMS! We always have fun when we get to do hands on training with our hydraulic extrication tools, and our battery powered Combi-tool. Save our number if you ever want a jeep-style door removal😉!

UPDATE: All sessions are currently booked; we are currently looking for additional photographers to be able to open up more spots. We appreciate all of the interest in our fundraiser!

Granger Public Safety Auxiliary is hosting their annual Pay-What-You-Can Fundraiser Holiday Mini Photoshoot at Jester Park!

The exact meeting location and any day-of updates will be shared with registered participants before their sessions. Parking is available within Jester Park.

PHOTO SESSION DETAILS
- Each reservation includes one 10-minute photo session.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
- Reserve one time slot per family or group.
- Two digital photo downloads are included with your session.
- Additional photos will be available for purchase through your online photo gallery.

WHAT TO WEAR
- Holiday outfits, coordinated family attire, festive pajamas, or whatever makes your family comfortable!
- Sessions will be held outdoors, so please dress appropriately for November weather.

DONATIONS
- This is a pay-what-you-can fundraiser, and no donation is required to participate. All contributions are sincerely appreciated and benefit the Granger Public Safety Auxiliary.

Donations may be made:
- In advance through Venmo:
- By scanning our Venmo QR code day of your session
- With cash or check the day of your session

Thank you for supporting the Granger Public Safety Auxiliary and helping us continue serving our community.

CANCELLATIONS & WEATHER
- If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your time slot to another family.
- In the event of severe weather, any schedule changes or cancellations will be communicated directly to registered participants.

PETS
We love our furry family members! If you would like to include a pet in your photos, please contact us in advance so we can discuss arrangements

Successful Fire Prevention Week with Granger Fire & EMS! We had lots of fun with the kids and getting to answer their questions! Here’s what they learned:

1. Firefighters are good guys, even if they look like Darth Vader from StarWars in gear. Don’t be afraid or run away!

2. Smoke detector alarms mean GO OUTSIDE! Don’t wait for mom or dad, or grab your favorite toy. Get out as fast as you can.

3. If there is smoke, get down low and crawl where there is clean air. Standing up tall will make you sick!

4. If you get stuck, yell “I’m here! I’m here!” as loud as possible so firefighters can find you

5. Have a designated meeting spot outside. Make sure everyone gets out safe!

HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support our department last night at our Open House! It was a great success this year, and we loved seeing you all. We love our community and are very proud to serve it. Special thanks to Swoops ‘N Scoops, Hy-Vee, Fareway Stores Granger, Coca-Cola, and Dallas County Cattleman's Association!

Granger Fire & EMS is looking for Paid-on-Call volunteers to join our department! No experience required.

- Must live within 10 minutes of the fire station at 1906 Main St., Granger
- All training is provided, however willingness to learn is required!
