How often should I schedule a thermography appointment?

Thermography is a tool that Perfect Balance Natural Health uses to find the root cause of symptoms and work towards healing. It is recommended that your first two images are taken 3-6 months apart and after that most clients come in once a year. If something specific is being monitored, our practitioners will make personalized recommendations.

Employee Spotlight: Candace

Candace was born and raised here in the Upstate of SC. She has worked with the Greenville Hospital System and the Greenville County School system but her most challenging and rewarding title is Mom and homeschool teacher. After sending her three kids off to college, she now enjoys working as a certified Thermographer and Electro-Lymph Drain Specialist. In her down time, she enjoys hiking, yoga and hanging out with her family including their dogs Kasha and Snoopy. Her husband made sure she was a Clemson Tiger fan before their first date and 27 years later the whole family “bleeds orange”, loves football and practices the fine art of all-day tailgating.

What is Thermography?

Do you know if the tissue of your body is healthy or unhealthy? Take charge of your health with knowledge. Thermography is a painless, non-invasive, state of the art test without any exposure to radiation. At Perfect Balance Natural Health, we use state of the art, top of the line thermal imaging cameras to help you “see” the health of your body. Unlike most centers, we also offer images in color and grayscale for the greatest level of detail. This technology helps you catch warning signs and risk factors in the breast and many areas of the body early. This early detection allows you to make changes to improve your health.

What should I expect?
At your thermography appointment a certified clinical thermographer performs the screening in a temperature controlled room with the ability to control the camera while allowing the client complete privacy behind a screen.
Within 10 days, the client will receive a full report, including images from Physician’s Insight, a network of doctors trained in thermogram interpretation.
Clients may also choose to schedule a follow up consultation. Our staff will spend time with the client thoroughly reviewing the images. Your consultation is like sitting down with a knowledgeable friend who can open up a tool box and suggest helpful next steps.

Nancy is our Harmonize the Body Field Practitioner. Nancy is originally from Illinois. She is a graduate of Barat College with a degree in Psychology. She is a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and is joining us as a Harmonize the Body Field practitioner. Nancy is passionate about helping people let go of the effects of trauma and built up stress so that they can have more peace, happiness, and joy in their lives. Stress is Impacting you more than you think.

The Center for Disease Control estimates that 85% of all diseases are caused by emotional stress. Every stressful situation, large and small, is stored as imbalances in energy distribution throughout the body field (the space around our body that reaches 5 – 6 feet out).

“Our son's first 2 years of life were spent in a state of being 'allergic to everything' which showed up as severe eczema all over his body. He was allergic/sensitive to most foods, animals, grasses, perfumes, scented candles and the list goes on.

He was almost 2 years old when we first learned of Perfect Balance Natural Health. He had been on oral steroids, topical steroids and the dermatologist wanted to start him on antibiotics but instead (since none of these had previously worked), I decided to take him to PBNH. Our first experience was a great one, although my mind was bewildered at the treatment. Because we are taught to only believe in traditional medicine and pharmaceuticals, it was a new learning experience to open our minds to other ways of healing. We decided to dive in and at least give it a good try to see if it could help. Within a few weeks of his first appointment and several allergy clearings with PBNH, he was improving. It was incredible to see! We were able to take the bandages off of his arms and legs (we had to keep gauze taped on so he wouldn't scratch his skin off and get infections-which was so uncomfortable for him, especially in the summer) and by the next summer he was actually wearing shorts! (Anyone with a child who suffers from eczema knows that this is a big deal.)

I remember for his second birthday thinking to myself what a miracle it would be if on a future birthday he could have a 'real' cupcake, one that was made with flour, milk and butter, instead of rice flour and rice milk, but not suffer any consequences...this came true by his 4th birthday...another miracle I could have never imagined!

How often should I schedule a BioSet Allergen Clearing?

Initially clients come in for an average of 6-8 weekly 45 minute sessions. This computerized process goes through thousands of allergens targeting the root cause of symptoms. After this initial round we recommend clients come in for a reset every 6 months to make sure they stay symptom free. Typically this is only for 1-4 sessions. Many times clients only need one session for a “reboot” of the clearings. If more than one session is needed, the Allergen Specialist is able to let the client know how many appointments to schedule after seeing the level of severity.
