Hammond Halloween Reminders! - Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr., and the City of Hammond want to make sure families have everything they need to know before trick-or-treating. 🍫 🎃 🍬

On Saturday, October 31st, little ghouls and goblins can trick-or-treat between 5 PM and 7 PM. As always, we want you to have a fun yet safe holiday! Please ensure young children are accompanied by an adult and older children stay in groups. Be sure to remind them of the helpful tips below! Our first responders will be out around the city if you need help or just want to say hi! 👋

The Hammond Sportsplex will also host the 2nd Annual Persons with Disabilities Halloween Party from 5 PM to 7 PM on Saturday, October 31st. This is a great alternative for those who may not be trick-or-treating, and all are welcome to join in the festive fun! 🧡 👻 🎊
