Sometimes a great opportunity starts with a recommendation from a friend.

For Odell, that recommendation led him to our Conover plant. In the final edition of our Made By Us series, he shares the skill and attention to detail that go into his upholstery work, the pride he takes in producing high quality, and one of the things he values most about Haworth: the good people he works alongside every day.

Our HR team was in the Halloween spirit today! 🎃👻 Dressed for the occasion, they headed out to the manufacturing floor to deliver some sweet treats to our production members. A little Halloween fun to brighten the day! 🍬

For TJ, no two days in maintenance are quite the same, and that’s part of what keeps the job interesting.

In our latest Made By Us feature, TJ from our Big Rapids plant talks about the variety that comes with working in maintenance, the skills he’s picked up along the way, and how the role keeps him learning. He also shares his family’s connection to Haworth and what it’s like to see so many people build lasting careers here.

Recently, about 35 Haworth members rolled up their sleeves to help clean up litter at the Black Lake Boardwalk – East Park.

Volunteers from our Laminated Products Plant, the Distribution Center, GIS, Engineering, and other teams came together to care for this local space.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time and helped out. It’s great to see our members working together and making a difference close to home. And, thank you to Ottawa County Parks and Recreation for helping coordinate the effort!

We had a great time at Treats & Trails over the weekend! The costumes were incredible, and it was wonderful to see so many families enjoying the day. Thank you to the ODC Network's Outdoor Discovery Center for hosting such a great event. We were excited to be there again this year!

Every great game needs people who are ready to take on the next challenge. Fortunately, our Customer Experience and Resolutions teams are full of them.

Last week, the teams celebrated Customer Service Week with a Level Up theme, recognizing the important role they play in supporting our dealers and customers every day. Team members recharged with a Power Up sound bath experience over lunch, tested their skills in a game show challenge, and enjoyed other activities throughout the week.

The week wrapped up with Franco presenting the Customer Service Person of the Year award to Earl and the Resolutions Person of the Year award to Victoria. Congratulations, to both winners thank you to our entire Customer Experience and Resolutions teams for the care, knowledge, and problem-solving you bring to our dealers and customers every day.
