When Troy stopped by our mobile clinic last week, it wasn’t for an appointment. He came to share some exciting news: he was about to move into an apartment and couldn’t wait to see his grandkids.

When our team first met Troy this summer, he was having a difficult time. Seeing how far he’s come since then is a powerful reminder that every step forward is worth celebrating.
