Join .care.siren & Lydia Palma for an evening of Creativity & Self Care.
We will explore the differences between an Affirmation, Intention, Mantra, Prayer & Purpose.
You can work with a statement that is already close to Your heart, or craft a new statement to commemorate.
By bringing these words into physical form, the brain has an opportunity to play with them in a new way!
We’ll then learn & practice basic Hand Lettering techniques. This experience moves beyond simply writing words, to intentionally engaging, drawing & giving Your statement an expressive visual voice.
All supplies provided.
No experience necessary.
Chairs & tables will be available, along with floor seating & standing options.

This month will be our final Sound Bath in the Silks ✨
November & December will hold other offerings, and the new year brings new adventure!! Beth Ragusa Riley will be joining us in the hammocks to add breathwork 🌬️
Register through KC Yoga Kula to reserve Your hammock.
Our evening includes a short & simple spinal flow before climbing into the cocoon. Tucked in with comfies, maybe even swaying a little if You choose, we shift into a guided meditation with singing bowls, tuning forks & other majestic sounds.
The night concludes with an (optional) Oracle card for each soul.
Float away with us for an evening, it’s truly fantastic.

Belize Bats began a beautiful day of water exploration & Play!!
From a cave to the Rio On Pools… from the pools down to their final waterfall…
We climbed, slipped, scooted, jumped & crawled.
