Sometimes the thing you need to hear is actually how amazing you are, acknowledging the progress you’ve made, or reminding you of how other people experience you.

The thing you need to hear isn’t always something that’s tough to hear because it’s challenging you. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable (and maybe not) because you need a reminder of who you are through all the noise. 🩵

A Halloween, Samhain, and every day reminder that you are magic. 🔮

I’m learning that I am the magic. ✨

This is a photo of me in a portal on Mount Shasta last week emanating light. This was not taken with an aura camera. Paul of Venus told me to focus on the feeling of freedom when he captured this. 💜

I can’t quite put into words the amount of peace, love, and connectedness I felt on the mountain. But I can tell you that you’re majestic and hold more power than you realize. 🏔️

Dance with your Skeleton💀

Here’s a little movement practice to try that’s perfect for this weekend! 👻

Start at your head or toes and start moving your bones as you travel up or down your body. As you focus on your bones, play with how they move in your joints. Keep focusing on how you can manipulate the movement of your bones without worrying about what it looks like.

It’s all about exploring and learning how your body can move. 🖤

My work is about creating space for you to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with the parts of you that have been pushed aside, and explore what it looks like to show up as yourself without constantly questioning whether you’re too much, not enough, or doing it all wrong.

It’s not about becoming a completely different person. It’s about getting to know the person you’ve been underneath the expectations, the overthinking, the people-pleasing, and the pressure to hold it all together.

We make room for the messy, the uncomfortable, the uncertain, and the beautiful parts of being human. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to get curious.

Mentally Here is a space to come back to yourself. 💜
