There you go! Get outside and practice old-fashioned play time.
I recommend a 1) list of family rules. 2) set up list of responsibilities (chores). 3) set up short list of consequences and 4) list of rewards, often free: pick menu item for meal time. Low cost or you're gonna buy anyway: Special hygiene item. Big deal: movie night at home or movie out, if age appropriate.
