Kids do not always know how to explain what they are feeling, or have the words to tell you what is really going on.
That is why what you are seeing as a parent is so helpful.

Tell us the little things. The changes you have noticed. What happens at home. What teachers are seeing. What seems harder for them lately.
Those details help us get a much better picture of what your child may be dealing with and what kind of support may make sense.

You know your child. Your concerns matter, and they are an important part of helping us figure out what is going on and what the next step should be.

Meet our newest provider, Stephen Menendez, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC.
Stephen’s approach to care is very personal. He takes the time to listen, understand what is going on in your life, and meet you where you are so the two of you can work together on a plan that feels right for you.
He sees patients ages 6+, from children and teens to adults, for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.

Stephen has spent 28 years working in psychiatry, and what we really like about his approach is that he takes the time to listen and meet people where they are.

His schedule is open for new patients, both in-office and virtual appointments available.
We’re really happy to have Stephen join us and excited for you to get to know him.

Some adults do not know and adult can have ADHD in their 30s, 40s, or even 50s.
Maybe you're noticing trouble with focus, organization, time management, forgetfulness, or feeling like you are constantly trying to catch up.

An adult ADHD evaluation is more than going through a checklist of symptoms.
We look at what is happening now, what things were like growing up, how these struggles are affecting work, relationships, and everyday life, and whether something else could be playing a part.
Because trouble focusing does not automatically mean ADHD. Anxiety, depression, sleep problems, stress, and other things can sometimes look similar.

One thing people are usually surprised to learn about SPRAVATO® is that you don’t take it at home.

Treatment happens right here in the office, and you stay with us for about 2 hours afterward so we can monitor you and make sure you’re feeling okay before you leave.
Yes, it takes a little more time out of your day than taking a medication at home, but that monitoring is an important part of the treatment process.

Trying depression medication after depression medication and still not feeling better can make it feel like there is no hope and no next step. BUT...
there may be another option worth asking about.

SPRAVATO® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It is given in in office and we monitor patients during each treatment visit.

Depression care is more than just getting a prescription.
Depending on the person, treatment may include medication management, regular follow-ups, monitoring how symptoms are changing, considering other treatment options, and coordinating care with your healthcare provider.

When the depression treatment is not improving the way you hoped it would, we take an even closer look at the overall treatment plan to see what needs to be adjusted what other options may be worth considering.

When a patient has been treated for depression but continues to have significant symptoms, it may be time to consider whether a different treatment approach is appropriate.

For adults with treatment-resistant depression, SPRAVATO® may be one option worth evaluating when prior antidepressant treatment has not provided adequate improvement.
