My goal is to share with you what I've learned over the years and encourage you with all sorts of tips and tricks. There is always another path to accomplishing your goals and you can do this! You have to believe, have courage, change your daily habits and take a leap into the unknown. My journey with Zepbound began 4/19/25 and as of October 2026....I am down 130+ pounds....My Loaded Teas journey has helped me to drink more water...because I hate plain water...and was drinking 8-10 Sodas a day.
