We provide person-centered disability and mental health services that support people to live, thrive, and engage in their community.

Skilled staff deliver quality services that are strengthened by volunteers and sustained by donor generosity. Reach for Resources (Reach) is a nonprofit located in Minnetonka, MN. We empower people of all-abilities to reach their full potential by providing individualized services that maximize independence, boosts community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being. Our services include Adaptive Recreation & Inclusion, Case Management, In-Home Supports, Housing Stabilization Services, Employment Supports, Mental Health Services and Counseling. While we work with people who live throughout Minnesota, the majority live in the 7-metro county area surrounding Minneapolis.

Nothing says fall like apples, c***r, and a fire! 🔥🍎 Last month, our Wednesday Night Social C***r by the Fire program was filled with warm drinks, apple taste testing, delicious dips, and plenty of smiles. Participants even took home recipes to recreate their favorite flavors.

What a night! 🎃👻 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Ghostly Gala on October 30! This year’s Gala had our biggest turnout EVER, and we had so much fun celebrating with all of you. So many great costumes, lots of laughs, and plenty of spooky fun!

We're looking for passionate individuals to help plan events, build community partnerships, support fundraising efforts, and spread awareness of Reach's mission of inclusion for people with disabilities. October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a time to recognize the value, talent, and contributions of workers with disabilities.
