DOT Medical Express is an occupational exam and wellness practice in Narragansett, Rhode Island, led by Terri Maine, MSN, APRN-CNP, FNP-BC, a National Certified Medical Examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry.

The practice performs DOT physicals, USCG medical certificate exams, sports physicals and pre-employment physicals, and provides medically supervised wellness care including GLP-1 weight management, Emsculpt Neo, the Emsella chair, vitamin and NAD+ injections, peptide therapy, menopause and women's health care, plus medical aesthetics.
