Nature* Awareness* Retreats
Curated retreats in Colombia* Mindful movement Join the next movement retreat. Whether you rather to travel the world or stay local.

The annual winter scape happens in Colombia, stay tune! For the rest of the year I also have design weekend long retreats between May and September close to the NY area. The retreats will be an amazing getaway. Travel Pilates, relax, eat well, breathe
Connect deeper in to your body’s strength and with nature. Like Joseph Pilates said:

“ To achieve the highest accomplishments within the scope of our capabilities in all walks of life we most constantly strive to acquire strong, healthy bodies and develop our minds to the limits of our ability “

Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body
balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Exercise starts with the core of your body -- with full breaths refreshing your cells; with your heart and circulatory system pumping fresh blood into your tissues; and with training the deep muscles of your abdomen, back and pelvis (your Pilates powerhouse) to support your spine, and provide stability in your pelvis and shoulders as you move. When we strengthen and stabilize the core, we can safely move out from center to increase the flexibility of our spine, stretch our muscles, and improve the range of motion in our joints. Pilates connects the mind to the body there by increasing body awareness and affecting movement not just in exercise class but in daily life. Semi private classes also available. Call for more info
