The cause of your stress acne doesn't affect me, let's just fix it!

When you’re stressed, your body releases more stress hormones that trigger skin changes like:

- More oil production. Stress hormones can stimulate your sebaceous glands, so your skin produces more sebum. More oil + dead skin = clogged pores.

- More inflammation. Stress ramps up inflammatory signaling throughout the body, which can make a tiny clogged pore turn into an angry, swollen zit.

- Slower healing. Chronic stress can impair the skin barrier and slow wound healing, so breakouts may hang around longer.
