Sweet, crunchy, salty and delicious! Date bark is a wholesome treat you can make with simple ingredients scooped up in the bulk department! ๐Ÿซ™๐Ÿฅฐ

๐Ÿ“ธ:

Ingredients:
1 Package of Medjool dates
Peanut butter
Dark Chocolate
Coconut oil
Granola
Salted roasted peanuts

Instructions:
1. Cut dates in half and remove pits.
2. Place dates on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, pressing dates down to create an even and flat layer.
3. Add a layer of peanut butter and spread evenly.
4. Melt dark chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil and drizzle on top. 5. Sprinkle with granola and salted roasted peanuts.
6. Freeze for 1 hour.
7. Cut into squares and enjoy!

What you need:
1/2 Sprouts Organic Ciabatta loaf
2 tbsp. vegan mayo
3 oz. spicy tofu
1 Persian cucumber, thinly sliced
1 medium beet, thinly sliced
1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup arugula
2 tbsp. red onion, thinly sliced
Olive oil, flaky salt, and vinegar of your choice for serving

Create your sammie:
Bake Sprouts Organic Ciabatta according to package instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove bread from bag and place on middle oven rack. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Remove loaf from oven, cut in half, and then cut in half again crosswise.
Toast cut sides to your liking.
Remove from oven and spread both sides with vegan mayo.
Stack spicy tofu, cucumber, beets, artichoke hearts, arugula, and onion on bread.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with flaky salt to taste.
Top with the other slice and enjoy!

Turn your fresh forage into the most delicious, simple savory dish, packed with veggies, beans, broth and pan-full of fresh flavors with . ๐Ÿ˜

Ingredients:
Kale, chopped
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, diced
2 Tbsp. sun dried tomatoes
1 Can of northern beans
1 Cup vegetable broth
1/2 Cup coconut cream
Seasoning mixture of salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, cayenne and garlic powder, to taste
Small amount of avocado oil

Instructions:
1. Add avocado oil to a medium low heat pan
2. Add your onion and garlic to the pan and sautรฉ until onion is translucent
3. Increase heat to medium and add sun dried tomatoes and kale.
4. Add your seasoning and mix, once kale begins to wilt.
5. Add vegetable broth and beans.
6. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Turn off heat and add coconut cream.
8. Mix and enjoy with a side of toast!

Banza rotini (pasta from chickpeas, with lots of protein)
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Red onion
Yellow bell pepper
Sprouts kalamata olives
Sprouts fat-free balsamic dressing
Reduced fat feta

Instructions:
Cook the Banza pasta.
Cut and chop veggies.
Rinse pasta and mix with veggies in a BIG bowl.
Toss with balsamic dressing.
Top with feta!
Enjoy!

1 Package of fresh Pappardelle pasta
1 Jar of Carbone sauce (Pick your fave!)
1 Container of cottage cheese (blended)
1 Onion, chopped
3 Garlic bulbs, minced
1 Package of organic baby spinach
& Fresh basil for a finishing touch

Instructions:
๐Ÿ… Prepare your sauce:
Sautรฉ garlic and onion.
Pour in your Carbone sauce.
Plop in the secret ingredient for added protein: blended cottage cheese!

Ingredients:
Quinoa
Tahini or hummus
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 15 oz. can of chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. fine salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 Cup vegan feta cheese
3 oz. Kalamata olives, halved

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place 1 pound chopped sweet potatoes, 1 chopped red onion and chickpeas on a rimmed half-sheet baking pan.
3. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and black pepper.
4. Spread evenly on the baking sheet so nothing is touching.
5. Roast for 30 minutes (tossing at 15 minutes) until sweet potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
6. Serve with vegan feta and Kalamata olives on top of quinoa and hummus or tahini.

๐Ÿ€'Tis the season for Irish Soda Bread. Pick up a fresh loaf at Sprouts, cut it into cubes and serve it with a beer cheese dip (with or without the beer!) for a fun St. Patrick's Day spread. ๐Ÿซ•๐Ÿ’š

Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. (28g) unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. (24g) all-purpose flour
3/4 Cup (180ml) whole milk or half-and-half
2/3 Cup (160ml) beer (optional)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
2 and 1/2 Cups (315g; 10 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

Instructions:
1. Shred cheese and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
3. Add flour and whisk until a thick and clumpy paste forms (about 1 minute).
4. Slowly and steadily whisk in milk until it slightly thickens (about 1 minute).
5. One at a time, whisk in the remaining ingredients: beer (optional), Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt and cheese.
6. Remove from heat and pour into a serving dish.
7. Sprinkle with extra cheese, if desired.

Dip Tip! If your dip seems thin when you first remove it from the stove, give it a few minutes! It will quickly thicken up naturally.
