After working for both private and hospital-based orthopedic practices for 20 years, Shanna knew it was time to begin a new journey and make her dream a reality. She envisioned a clinic where people enter as patients but leave as family & friends. Recently, Shanna began struggling with the increasing difficulty to deliver one-on-one quality care due to the industry shift towards a corporate physical therapy factory, patients are becoming numbers. Shanna has always been extremely committed to her patients, advocating on their behalf because they deserve consistently high quality, individualized treatment, something very difficult to deliver in larger corporations. After much support from family, friends and many loyal patients, Shanna founded Coastal Physical Therapy Group.
