We’ve moved—and this chapter feels a little more grown-up. 🤍

If we’ve been quiet here, it’s because we’ve been busy carrying Lovelock into its new home.

To everyone who bought a piece of furniture, booked a massage, took one more class, or helped us through this last week: we see you. We appreciate you. Your support has helped us keep moving through a very full season.

This move feels personal because we’re different people than we were when we opened our doors.

Dan and I are nearly three years sober. Between us, we’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight, changed how we care for ourselves, and gained so much clarity about our mission and values. We’ve done a lot of work on ourselves, and that work continues.

We know what it feels like to need a change—and how much it matters to have support along the way. That experience shapes the care we want to offer our Pensacola community.

The studio chapter has closed, and all six of the therapists you know and love are coming with us. Our clinic continues with therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Lomi Lomi, prenatal care, Brazilian lymphatic massage, sports massage and assisted stretching, energy work, and sound therapy.

Dan and Wilmer spent today helping tennis players recover between matches, and we were so excited to be part of the tournament for another year!
