🔵 Pause. Breathe. Listen. 🔵

Before you scroll on, take a moment for yourself. Close your eyes, soften your jaw, and let the tones of this throat chakra singing bowl wash over you. Let the sound do the work. 🎶

The throat chakra (Vishuddha) is the center of communication and self-expression. Many people find that working with its sound can help them:

✨ Speak their truth with more clarity and confidence
✨ Release tension held in the throat, neck, and jaw
✨ Express feelings that have been held back
✨ Listen more deeply, to others and to themselves
✨ Feel calmer and more grounded in their voice

More evidence that sound does heal. Not just mental ailments and stress but actual physical ailments as well. Many people only know that ultrasounds are used for creating images of your internal body but did you know that ultrasound is used for many physical ailments such as muscle tears, inflammation, and now cancer? This is why I love what I do. There is proof going back hundreds of years regarding the benefits of sound waves on the body.
