This episode was a blast yall 😂

This episode might be one of the funniest ones yet because I got to sit down with my sister-in-law, Erin, who is an esthetician and owner of Erin Wynn | The Luxury Esthetician , and we laughed SO MUCH.

But in between all the laughing, we talked about something I know so many of you have questions about: skincare during pregnancy and breastfeeding!

We’re talking about what ingredients and products to be mindful of, what you can and can’t use, and how to keep up with a skincare routine without feeling like you have to throw out everything in your bathroom the second you get a positive pregnancy test.

Because let’s be real… pregnancy and postpartum come with enough changes. You deserve to take care of yourself, feel good in your skin, and have a routine that works for YOUR life.

Whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or just want to know more about your skincare, this episode is for YOU!

This week I had the greatest honor of my life being my best friend’s doula. I’ve supported so many families to bring their little one to the world, but this one hit different. Being in the room while my best friend in the entire world got to experience the emotional magic that is childbirth is something that I will never take for granted.

Being a doula has allowed me to witness and be a part of some of the most amazing things, and this tops every one of those. I don’t even have words for how grateful I feel to have been able to be there and witness my bestie bringing her daughter into the world.

Forever thankful that this job has led me here 💕

Induced at 37 Weeks & Still in Control: Alex’s Birth Story is officially LIVE!

This week, I’m sitting down with my former client Alex to talk about her induction at 37 weeks — and this is such a good reminder that an induction doesn’t automatically mean you lose control of your birth.

We talk about:
✨ Advocating for yourself
✨ Asking questions and knowing your options
✨ Having providers who actually listen
✨ Making decisions when things don’t go exactly as planned
✨ Having a supportive birth partner
✨ And how Alex stayed involved in her care throughout the entire experience

If you’re facing an induction, or even if the word induction makes you nervous, I really want you to hear this one.

Yes you read that right. A POSITIVE induction story.

Alex was induced at 37 weeks, and while induction can bring up a lot of fear and uncertainty, her experience was a really beautiful example of what can happen when you’re informed, prepared, supported, and involved in your own care.

We talk about advocating for yourself, asking questions, knowing your options, having supportive providers, having a supportive birth partner, and navigating an induction without feeling like you’ve lost control of your birth.

And yes… she’s a client of mine 😍

If you’re facing an induction—or even if the word induction just makes you nervous—this episode is for you.
