🚨 YOUR SURGERY IS COMPLETE… BUT IS YOUR RECOVERY GETTING THE ATTENTION IT DESERVES? 👀💗

✨ FIBROSIS IS REAL. YOUR POST-OP CARE MATTERS!

At I Adore Her Body Spa × I Adore Her Beauty, we believe luxury recovery is more than a massage. It’s about understanding your body, your healing process, and what you need at EVERY stage of recovery.

💕 Our client is receiving specialized lymphatic drainage care while experiencing post-surgical fibrosis (hardened tissue).

Here’s what you NEED to know! 👇🏽

✨ Not every post-op body requires the same treatment.

✨ Your recovery stage determines which techniques may be appropriate.

✨ Properly timed lymphatic drainage may help manage swelling and support comfort during healing.

✨ Fibrosis requires careful assessment. More pressure does NOT mean better results!

💎 THE I ADORE HER METHOD™
Where luxury meets personalized post-op recovery education and care.

Your surgery was an investment. Your recovery deserves the same attention! 👑

⚕️ Educational Disclaimer: Post-surgical fibrosis can occur despite appropriate care. Lymphatic drainage does not guarantee prevention or reversal of fibrosis. Treatments should be individualized and performed with your surgeon’s approval. Consult your medical provider for concerns about abnormal fibrosis.

✨ I ADORE HER METHOD™ | WELLNESS EDUCATION ✨

💗 GLUTATHIONE: THE BODY’S MASTER ANTIOXIDANT

Did you know your body naturally produces glutathione? 👀

Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that plays an important role in maintaining cellular health and supporting the body’s natural functions.

✨ LET’S TALK ABOUT THE SCIENCE:

🌸 Cellular Protection: Helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

🌸 Liver Function: Plays a role in the body’s natural detoxification processes.

🌸 Immune Health: Supports normal immune system function.

🌸 Skin Health: Helps protect skin cells from oxidative damage.

🌸 Post-Op Recovery: Antioxidant activity is important for normal tissue health, although glutathione supplementation has not been proven to improve surgical recovery.

💎 BEAUTY BEGINS WITH KNOWLEDGE. WELLNESS BEGINS WITH UNDERSTANDING.

At I Adore Her Body Spa x I Adore Her Beauty, we believe education is an essential part of your wellness journey.

⚕️ EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER: This content is strictly for educational and informational purposes. 💫Waking up snatched at 8 AM but feeling swollen by 7 PM? Your body is not being dramatic; it is simply responding to your daily activities.

💫As you move throughout the day, gravity causes lymphatic fluid to naturally pool in your midsection. This evening expansion is a normal part of the healing process, not a sign that you are doing recovery wrong.

💫The key to managing this daily fluid fluctuation is continuous, targeted pressure. A custom-engineered garment keeps lymphatic fluid moving safely, ensuring your skin heals flat and your results stay protected from morning until night.

*Always follow your surgeon’s instructions.
