The temperatures may be dropping, but our commitment isn’t! 🥶🔥 We’re still showing up, getting our miles in, and staying dedicated to our goals!

I’ve even added some post-meal treadmill walks on my Peloton! Every little bit counts! 👟💪🏾

And today we welcomed a NEWBIE, TaKisha Ruffin! 💖👏🏾 She showed up for her training session and STILL got her walk in afterwards! Now that’s dedication! 💪🏾🔥

Motivation gets you started, but DISCIPLINE keeps you going! 💯💕

📲 BOSS LADY FITNESS IS GETTING EVEN BETTER! 💪🏾🩷

One thing I love about using the ABC Trainerize app with my clients is that it gives us another level of accountability, structure, and progress tracking.

My ladies can complete their assigned workouts, log their sessions, rate how challenging the workout felt, track their progress AND celebrate those new personal bests! 👏🏾🔥

And yes, I can see it ALL! 😂👀
So when I see those workouts getting checked off and those PRs popping up, I know the work is getting DONE!

Whether you’re training with me in person, working out on your own, or need a little extra accountability between sessions, Trainerize helps us stay connected and keeps your program right at your fingertips. 📱💪🏾

This is bigger than just showing up for a workout. We’re tracking progress, building consistency and getting STRONGER.

Look at my Boss Lady Fitness Ladies already putting in WORK this morning! 🩷🖤🔥

Missed yesterday’s post, but I DIDN’T miss my miles! 💪🏾💖

I got in my 3+ miles SOLO 👟🔥 because even on the days when nobody else is beside you, you still have to push yourself to complete the commitment you made to YOU.

Because here’s the thing…

Motivation will come and go. DEDICATION is what keeps you moving. 💯

Dejuana woke up a tad later and still got hers done too, completing her solo walk right from her neighborhood! 👏🏾

No excuses. No waiting on each other. We both knew the assignment.

Just 2 Capricorns ♑️♑️ focused on keeping the promises we made to ourselves. 💪🏾💖

Accountability doesn’t always mean doing it together. Sometimes it means knowing your girl is getting hers done, so you better get yours done too! 😂👟🔥

🚨👟 BOSS LADY WALK & WIN 👟🚨

We’re taking our walking challenge up a notch… and this time there’s MONEY on the line! 💰🔥

Starting THIS THURSDAY, YES TOMORROW OCTOBER 1st, we’re kicking off our weekly Boss Lady Walk & Win Challenge.

💵 Entry: $20
📅 Challenge runs Thursday through Wednesday
🏆 Winner paid the following Thursday
👟 Goal: Rack up the most VERIFIED intentional walking miles

Here’s the catch…

This is NOT about who gets the most random steps walking around work, shopping, cleaning the house, or chasing the kids. 😂

We are counting INTENTIONAL WALKING MILES only.

🔥 Maximum of 5 qualifying miles per day
🔥 Minimum of 3 miles on at least 5 days to qualify for the pot
🔥 Treadmill miles count
🔥 Outdoor miles count
🔥 No manual entries
🔥 Walks must be tracked and verified through your approved fitness app or wearable

At the end of the week, the Boss Lady with the most verified miles TAKES THE POT! 💰👑

20 ladies = $400 POT 👀
30 ladies = $600 POT 😮‍💨
40 ladies = $800 POT 🔥🔥🔥

Every Thursday the board resets, so EVERYBODY gets a fresh chance to win.

This challenge is about CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, MOVEMENT and a little friendly competition. 😏

Who’s putting their $20 in?!

Reminder: We walk daily Mon-Fri at 7:30am at Boss Lady Fitness if you’d like to join us💖

🚶🏾‍♀️🩷 WEEK 3 • DAY 11

I missed posting yesterday, but WE DIDN’T MISS THE WALK! 👏🏾👏🏾

The ladies showed up and completed their committed 3 MILES 💪🏾… and ya girl finished with 4 MILES! 🔥

At this point, it’s time for me to take it up a notch. I’ve gotten comfortable with the 3, so now I’m challenging MYSELF to do a little more. Me vs. Me. 🎯

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s consistency, then progression.

Week 1 ➡️ 3 miles
Week 2 ➡️ 3 miles
Week 3 ➡️ Boss Lady is turning it UP! 😮‍💨😂

Proud of these ladies for continuing to honor the commitment they made to themselves. 🩷🖤

Day 11 DONE! 3 for them. 4 for me. LET’S KEEP WALKING! 🚶🏾‍♀️🔥
