KNOW YOUR HUMAN OS
We are each born with the greatest gift known to humankind it’s such a gift that we’ve even tried to create an artificial intelligence of the human nervous system.
What’s weird is that a lot of us are starting to think it’s more intelligent than us. But I tend to think it’s only because every single one of us, Myself included use a fraction of what our nervous system’s are capable of. That’s because our nervous system‘s develop under conditions that put us in survival and most of us live there forever. If it wasn’t for me getting completely burned out and overwhelmed by my work I would’ve lived there forever too, but because of my own burnout, I thankfully tapped into a deeper part of myself that has information for me and my Vitality that goes far beyond anything on the exterior could ever provide.
Sometimes we need the external and the exterior to energize us enough to crack into our own human operating system. Sometimes it’s something from the past that inspires us to go deeper within ourselves, but no matter how you get there. I hope you remember that your spine is the most exquisite, intelligent technology on the planet, and when you start leaning in, I’m looking toward it rather than away and beyond you will find your way home
