My work combines my training in psychology and counseling with my intuitive gifts. I work with children, teens and adults to find purpose and meaning in their lives, and experience more joy and ease in all aspects of their lives. I have experience working on a range of issues, including:

· Grief and loss
· Trauma, abuse and post-traumatic stress
· Spiritual crisis
· Anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorders
· Interpersonal and relationship issues
· Eating and body image concerns
· Childhood adjustment, behavioral and learning
issues (e.g., ASD, LD, ADHD)
· Parenting concerns

Intuition is the doorway to our divinity.

Lead with your heart. It won’t steer you wrong.

Instead of asking, “What should I do?” ask, “What piques my interest? What excites me?”

You don’t have to follow somebody else’s excitement. But if something sparks your interest, it may point you toward a possibility you hadn’t considered.

There is no skipping to the end of the book. You’re still writing it.

We want to know how things are going to turn out because we think knowing will somehow protect us. If we know what’s coming, maybe we can prepare for it. Maybe we can avoid the disappointment, the grief, or the things we don’t want to experience.

But life isn’t something that’s already been written. We’re constantly creating, and the mystery and the unknown are part of the deal.

The more present we can be with what’s happening right now, the more we get to experience all of it. The excitement. The anticipation. The joy.
