It's amazing how much the position of the brows can influence the appearance of the eyes.

For this patient, the goal was to refine the nasal profile while maintaining a shape that feels natural and complements their facial features.

From the side view, you can see the reduction of the dorsal hump, creating a smoother, more continuous bridge.

The nasal tip also appears more refined, with a slight adjustment in rotation that helps improve the overall balance between the bridge, tip, and upper lip.

These are the details I pay close attention to during rhinoplasty. Even small changes in projection and contour can make a meaningful difference in how the nose fits the rest of the face.

A crooked nose can present both a functional and cosmetic conundrum.

For this rhinoplasty, I focused on improving breathing and symmetry by bringing the nose back to midline, while gently refining the bridge, profile, and tip. The result is a cleaner profile and better overall balance while keeping the nose masculine and natural to his features.

These photos were taken immediately after surgery, so there is still swelling and plenty of refinement ahead as healing continues.
