If you deal with ear pressure, clicking or popping, muffled hearing, or dizziness when the weather shifts, the upper neck is often an overlooked piece of the puzzle. The muscles and nerves around the base of the skull sit close to the structures that help the ear regulate pressure. When that area is under stress, the ears may feel blocked even though they test fine.
