As of October 28, the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services announced a new enforcement discretion policy. It allows licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies to prepare six peptides with a valid prescription:
✔️ BPC-157
✔️ TB-500
✔️ KPV
✔️ MOTS-c
✔️ Epitalon
✔️ Semax
Why this matters: until now, many people have been buying “research-use-only” peptides online from unverified overseas sources. Under this policy, compounded peptides have to come from licensed pharmacies that use FDA-registered ingredient sources, verify identity and quality, and are dispensed only with a patient-specific prescription.

Y’all help us wish our very own Jennifer Gray, APRN, the HAPPIEST birthday! 🤎

Jennifer has been our day one, here from the very beginning, growing right alongside VICI and walking alongside so many of our patients through their own health journeys. She’s seen this business grow, but more importantly, she’s been part of the lives, progress, and stories that make it all worth it.

Our country girl APRN has a way of making you feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. She’s the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re catching up with a friend, even when you’re talking about something as personal as your health. And that is such a special thing.
