Chiropractic care and getting results that matter is a lot like working out….

You cannot work out once and expect to be strong

You cannot have someone else do your pushups for you

You cannot be inconsistent and expect results that last

In our office we put together treatment plans to help people work toward getting results and hitting their goals with their body

The plan is never just 1 adjustment…. It doesn’t work that way

We hope for the miracle, we leave room for miracles

But we plan based on how the body operates, heals & functions

We’ve been doing this for over 22 years, and one thing is for sure…. You need a solid plan, and you have to consistently work the plan

Also, you have to do homework outside of the work done in the office (ice, stretch, rest, etc.)

If you are looking for 1 adjustment miracle to fix all the problems that took a lifetime to create—> we are not for you

Your body is designed to move.

If you are living life, you are an athlete.

Even if you don’t see yourself as one….

You are an athlete

There are so many athletic moves in “the real world”

Squats, deadlifts, pushing, pulling, hanging, lifting….

Getting out of a chair, off the toilet, lifting groceries, doing yard work, getting off the floor

So much athleticism

The world tells us after high school we don’t need to be that…. That it doesn’t matter….

But it does.

Use it or lose it….

If you don’t train it and use it…. You lose it….

When you lose it, your quality of live declines…rapidly…

I see it first hand in the office every day.

We help people move better again

We teach them how to use it, so they don’t lose it

The thing is, we can’t do the work for you

You also have to take responsibility and find a way to make moving well part of your life.

People stay on in our office for maintenance care for years just for this…. Accountability and help to continue to move well and age strong

Your body is not meant to be a barrier to life
