I’ve been thinking a lot about what I don’t want to carry with me into this next season. 🍂

Autumn has a way of reminding us that release is part of the cycle too.

The old stories, beliefs and the versions of ourselves we've outgrown.

So I created a space to gather in the heart of autumn and intentionally lay some of it down through Reiki, sound, and rest.

Participants will also be invited to take part in a communal release altar. 🙂

Take me somewhere I can leave my thoughts behind. 🌕🌊

Where the waves are louder than the noise in my head, my feet are in the sand, and I can simply be in my body.

🍂 LET IT FALL 🍂
A Reiki + Sound Healing Journey for Release

Fall has a way of reminding us that we don’t have to carry everything into the next season.

On Saturday October 17th, I’m creating a space to practice letting go, not by forcing release, but by giving ourselves somewhere to place what has been heavy.

We’ll begin by contributing to a collective Altar of Release, offering something we’re ready to put down.

From there, we’ll settle into an immersive 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐤𝐢 + 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 with space to rest, receive and allow the body to move through its own process.

Maybe it’s an expectation, old story, relationship, version of yourself, or simply the weight of everything you’ve been holding lately.

You don’t have to know exactly what you’re releasing before you arrive.

A little peek behind the person behind Mosaic ✨

If you’re new here, hi! I’m Jessica Burns . ❤️

My work is rooted in Reiki, sound, somatics, intuition and a whole lot of lived experience—but there’s much more to me than what fits into a service description.

So I thought I’d share 10 things about the woman behind the business. 😆

Swipe through to get to know me a little better. 👉✨

And tell me one thing about YOU that I wouldn’t know from your page. ❤️

And just like that, we are already in the second week of September 😆🍂✨️

Whether you are seeking guidance, relaxation, community or 1:1 support, there is a little bit of something for everyone this month at Mosaic. 🤎

From intuitive readings and Reiki to sound healing, community gatherings and spaces to simply slow down and reconnect with yourself, September is full of opportunities to receive in whatever way feels supportive to you.

Take a look at what’s coming up and save the dates that call to you. ✨️

I’d love to share space with you this month. 🍂🤎

Thank you to all the resilient guests who showed up to celebrate at 414 Day Yoga + Sound Bath!

No doubt a unique experience with Mother Nature stepping in, reminding us of the power of adaptability, and patience... blessing us with the healing vibrations of rain.

What a gift to share the medicine of sound alongside the elements!

Special thank you to for leading us in flow and breath and for holding such an inclusive, creative space for all of us.

And to everyone who stayed, returned, and allowed themselves to drop back in after the interruption… that’s the practice.

Not perfection, but presence.

World Autism Acceptance Day ♾️🌎✨️

Today, we honor the brilliance and depth within the autistic community, as well as the resilience and advocacy of caregivers and families supporting and their loved ones.

As a mother to a teen on the autism spectrum and a healing facilitator, this day is both deeply personal and expansive.

It reflects the world we are still working to build, one that truly makes space for different ways of being, communicating, and experiencing.. especially in wellness and spiritual spaces where caregivers and autistic people are often overlooked.

Closing this gap is at the heart of Mosaic Healing and Wellness and will continue to be a foundational part of my mission in life.

Whether you're a parent navigating this journey or an autistic person finding your voice in a world that doesnt always see you.

We see you. We honor you. Not just today but everyday.

And I'm committed to holding space for all of it.

♾️🙏❤️

Still relishing in all the nourishment that was Spring Equinox Reset ✨️❤️🙏

Thank you to all the amazing women who showed up for themselves to anchor in the energy of the Equinox.

It was a honor to be a channel for both sound and energy during this season of rebirth and renewal.

Special thank you to for the beautiful space and for leading us with intention, breath and body.

Magica happens when women gather!
