Five years ago, SALT existed mostly in our heads.

We had a vision for the kind of place we wanted to create and hoped people would connect with it. We don’t think we could have fully imagined what SALT would look like five years later.

Today, SALT has a place in this industry that we’re incredibly proud of. We’ve become known for how we care for our patients, the standards we hold ourselves to and the experience we’ve created here.

What means the most to us is that none of it feels accidental. Every year brought decisions that shaped what SALT would become, and looking back, we can see how much those choices mattered.

There are so many moments from the past five years that we’ll never forget. Some were exciting, some were stressful and some probably felt much bigger in the moment than they do now. Together, they became part of the SALT story.

We’re proud of what we’ve built, grateful for everyone who has been part of it and very excited about what the next five years will bring.
