My husband, Buddy, is a Certified Executive Chef—he turns food into art. For 25 years, as he’s labored in the corporate culinary industry, I’ve encouraged him to go solo and share his talents with the world. At home Buddy creates high-quality gourmet nuts for me, in mouth-watering flavors and textures. I told him, “You can put your irresistible nuts to better use!” Is it crazy to bet everything we have on a nutritious snack? But I’ve always known my Buddy’s nuts. And now you will too!
