No, you're not having déjà vu! Next Level is moving up...to the front of the building! Beginning November 2nd, all Woodstock appointments will be in our new offices. We have some exciting surprises in this new space, so keep an eye out to see what we have in store!

We LOVED all the guesses for our big news, but for now, no ice cream or elephants.

This beautiful fall, we want to remind you of a valuable therapeutic approach- the beloved Walk and Talk! Walk and Talk therapy incorporates movement and nature into the therapeutic process. Each client has different needs, so the structure will look different for each client, but the benefits of walk and talk are vast! Moving the body outdoors can help people process difficult emotions and find peace. Talk to your counselor about this option or if you are looking for a therapist- visit our website: www.nlwell.org

(No, this isn't our big news)
