What an incredible gathering we had connecting with our wonderful South Peninsula community! Partnering with St Luke’s Combined Hospices - Cape Town allowed us to share vital resources, open up meaningful conversations, and reaffirm our shared commitment to dignity-first care, family support, and looking out for one another right here at home.🫂💓
