What a day for our LITTLE ROCKERS! 🎨🍕💪🏼
From moving those little bodies to making their very own pizzas, decorating their pizza boxes and, of course, plenty of laughs in between… Pizza & Play was SO much fun!

The studio was filled with energy, creativity, messy little hands, big smiles and some seriously proud mini pizza chefs. 🍕👩‍🍳

A huge thank you to every parent who brought their little one along. Our Little Rockers definitely know how to play hard, create big and have FUN!

Here’s a little look back at all the action… 🎥

Happy Women’s Day to the women who keep showing up 💗 For themselves. For their families. For their goals. And so often, for the women beside them too 🌷

At The Rock Workout, we get to see strength in so many forms; in the woman trying something for the first time, the woman starting again, the woman pushing through a hard season, and the woman who reaches across to encourage someone else.

Here’s to every woman in our Rock family, and every strong woman still becoming who she’s meant to be.

You are stronger than you know. Happy Women’s Day! 🌸💪🏼🫶🏼

Every detail had a purpose. ✨ From the moment our ladies arrived, we wanted Neon Oasis to feel like an experience. The glowing atmosphere, every carefully placed detail, incredible food, beautiful decor, thoughtful prizes, and those little finishing touches all came together to create a night worthy of celebrating our Rock community.

These moments don’t happen by accident. They’re made possible by talented people who pour their hearts into what they do, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring our vision to life.

A heartfelt thank you to:

⛱️ Neon Oasis was our chance to hit pause for a moment and celebrate the people who make The Rock Workout what it is. The members who show up on the hard days. The ones who encourage the person next to them. The friendships that started in class. The laughs, the milestones, the consistency… it all deserved to be celebrated.

To everyone who shared this night with us, thank you for bringing the energy, the smiles and the unforgettable memories 🫶🏼
