A brief guide to Kinesiology “gang signs” (aka Finger Modes) 🤘🏼
If you have ever watched a kinesiology practitioner in action and thought ummm, what the heck are they doing with their hands..? 😅 Allow me to explain.
Those funny little hand positions are called Finger Modes and they actually serve a really cool purpose!
They are quite unique to Kinesiology, and are used extensively in sessions because they can help us hone in on the specific stress or imbalance the client is experiencing.
There are a HUGE range of finger modes, and each one has a it’s own special frequency - if this frequency is an energetic match for the client’s imbalance, there will be an obvious change in the muscle response.
So if we apply the Finger Mode for Emotions and there is a corresponding change in the client’s muscle - this indicates there is an imbalance that is emotional in nature. Cool huh!?
Better yet, finger modes can help us identify the priority issues to work on and scan for relevant information and items the client needs.
So although it may seem like we’ve lost the plot, I promise there is a method behind the madness 😅
