Member Spotlight ✨✨✨

Meet Ros, not only our member spotlight for July, but Ros also celebrated her 90th birthday, yes you read right, 90th BIRTHDAY 🎉🥳✨

Ros had a goal to climb Mt Mee, she’s been training at Avanti with consistency and dedication and with the guidance and support from Ben P**n our PT, or “Benjamin”as Ros likes to call him 😜
Ros celebrated her 90th birthday with just a short hike hahaha 😜 of 14 kilometres, Ros not only achieved her goal, but welcomed her 90’s in with an incredible achievement and well deserved views 🙌🙌🙌

How brilliant is that, Ros, I was speechless 😶
(which is rare) when Ros told me of her accomplishment!
Ros, your dedication is so inspiring and you have given meaning to aging is a choice, you have shown us that goals and aspirations aren’t defined by age, you are so deserving of being our member spotlight for July and we are so proud of you, a huge congratulations from all of us at Avanti 🥳🎉✨
