Not a day goes by that I don't miss you. Losing you left a space in my heart that nothing will ever fill, but through that heartbreak, you gave me a purpose that continues to drive me every single day.

You are the heart behind Three Points Core Support & Services. You are my inspiration, my passion and my reason to keep pushing forward, even on the hardest days.

Everything I do comes from a place of love, lived experience and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Every person we support, every smile we bring and every life we touch is a little piece of your memory living on.

I wish you could see what we are building, Nat. I wish you could see how your life continues to make a difference, even though you're no longer here.

💜 International Day of Older Persons 💜

Today, Three Points Core Support & Services proudly recognises International Day of Older Persons — a day to celebrate, respect and acknowledge the incredible older people within our families and communities.

Growing older should never mean losing your voice, independence, dignity or connection to the community.

For us, supporting older people is about so much more than providing care. It’s about listening to their stories, respecting their choices, sharing a laugh, supporting their independence and ensuring every person continues to live a life that is meaningful to them. 💜

We are incredibly privileged to support people living with dementia, disability, complex health conditions and changing care needs, and we see every day just how important compassion, patience, understanding and genuine human connection are.

Today we also acknowledge the families, carers, support workers, health professionals and community members who walk alongside older Australians and help them remain safe, valued, connected and supported.

✨ Every person deserves to age with dignity.
✨ Every person deserves to be heard.
✨ Every person deserves choice and respect.
✨ And every person deserves to know they still matter.

These roles involve providing in-home support services within the aged and disability care sectors.

💛 R U OK? Day – Community, Connection & Meaningful Conversations 💛

What an incredible day we had yesterday celebrating R U OK? Day at Riverway.

It was so wonderful to see our participants, past participants, staff, stakeholders and members of our wider community come together for a BBQ, plenty of laughs, great conversations and, most importantly, genuine connection. 💛

At Three Points Core Support & Services, mental health awareness is something we are deeply passionate about. We believe in creating a community where people feel seen, heard, valued and supported — and where asking “Are you OK?” becomes part of everyday conversation, not just one day of the year.

One of the most beautiful parts of the day was meeting people who were simply walking by and decided to stop, have a chat and join us. We handed out goodie bags and mental health resources, shared stories, made people smile and created a space where everyone was welcome.

A very special thank you to our stakeholders who attended and supported the day. Strong relationships between participants, providers, stakeholders and our wider community are so important. When we work together, we create stronger connections, better support networks and a community where people know they don't have to face difficult times alone. ❤️

To our incredible staff — thank you. Your compassion, dedication and genuine passion for people shines through in everything you do. We couldn't be prouder of the team we have.

And to our participants, past participants, stakeholders and everyone from our community who stopped by, joined us or shared a conversation — thank you for making the day what it was.

So glad we were able to be part of some thing so special, congratulations to Alex and Dylan for building this rig and navigating it through the centre of Australia for such a great cause!

The numbers are in!! The teams of Sh*tbox Rally 2026 - Spring raised over $2.4M for Cancer Council Australia ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and helped spread the word about this rally. Reaching this milestone is a testament to what is possible when a community comes together with a shared purpose.

To the teams, thank you for your tireless fundraising efforts - and thank you for all the incredible moments and memories we all take away from each rally. Without you, there are no rallies, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do - both on and off the dusty dirt roads.

That's $2,485,561 raised for Sh*tbox Rally 2026 - Spring, with all funds going to the Cancer Council!
