We’re a small team, and the people in it matter. As Em, our Training Coordinator, says, “We support each other, share ideas, learn from each other and have plenty of laughs along the way.”

One day you’re in a family home working through a change in transfer capacity. The next you’re in front of a room of support workers, showing them manual handling training can be useful, not just a box to tick.

We’re after 5+ years in disability or community-based care, and we’re open to specialities from paediatrics through to aged care and dementia support. Rusty on hands-on manual handling? We’ll train you properly and back you while you build the skill.
